The Tama-Do Practitioner's Association consists of students who have completed Levels I and II of the Tama-Do training, including all the practice protocol. They are dedicated to our work, and continue their training by participating in at least one advanced Master Class each year.

Tama Do™ affects different levels of awareness simultaneously, clears the energy fields and therefore raises the individuals vibratory rate. This empowers the body to heal itself, while pathways are opened for the soul to come forward and the mind to remember. I am honored to facilitate in this process.

Tara's interest in sound and color began with a professional singing career and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she explored the affects of color and form on the human psyche. During the 90‚s, Tara studied vocal healing techniques with Jonathon Goldman and became certified in Integrated Awareness™ with sensitive Connie Newton. She began work as a professional intuitive in 1994. Deepening her relationship with sound and healing, Tara was gifted to study with Hawaiian Hunas; healing with blessing chants. Finally, Tara became aware of Fabien Maman and his brilliant work with sound.

Certified as a Tama Do™ practitioner, Tara opened Vibrant Health Options™ , where she combines her skills to form unique vibratory sessions which can affect the flow of chi, chakra alignment, mental and physical relaxation; entrain healthy harmonic frequencies in the physical body and foster conscious awareness.

Tara is also trained and certified as a professional Raw Food Chef and Instructor. She offers personalized raw food nutrition and hands on preparation instruction.
