All my life, music, movement and art have been the greatest sources of self expression, healing and joy for me. I've followed my bliss through training in Indonesian martial arts, various dance forms including Zimbabwean and Brazilian styles, playing traditional Zimbabwean music on mbira (thumb piano), drums in a Rio and Bahia style bateria, creating visual art and jewelry, to name a few.

I felt a need to learn directly abou the power of transformation, healing and rejuvenation brought about through these art forms, so that I not only be able to heal myself in a deep and profound way, but to fulfill my desire to help others access this powerful source of healing within themselves.

This led me to Tama-Do. I feel fortunate to have found a healing path that beautifully blends sound, color and movement, all of which can bring us into a greater harmony with the part of ourselves that is joyful, fully self expressed, playful and without fear: our soul.

It is my intention to creat a space where this can occur, for those that I work with, and for myself, so that as we become lighter and live more fully in the light of our own true essence as individuals, we contribute to the healing of our collective consciousness and planet.
