Tama-Do Practitioners' Association
The Tama-Do Practitioner's Association consists of students who have completed Levels I and II of the Tama-Do training, including all the practice protocol. They are dedicated to our work, and continue their training by participating in at least one advanced Master Class each year.

Jan is a RN with a BA in psychology; certified music therapist; Tama-Do practitioner since 2006; and credential instructor for Deepak Chopra, MD since 1995. She's a master-level clinician in the musical development/therapeutic philosophy of Dr. Carl Orff, classical pianist, composer and vocalist.
Since 1977, she has guided adults and children through the experience of meditation; guided imagery; music in medicine; sound therapy; and healing arts therapies. During the 80's, she established numerous programs at music and medical institutions in NYC and the USVI, while continuing to deepen her spiritual practices studying with master teachers. In 1996, she founded the Mind Body Health Institute in NJ, providing seminars in mind body medicine, Ayurveda, meditation, and sound healing to hospital wellness centers, corporations, universities, and the private sector. In 2000, Jan founded The Self Centre, a mind body spirit wellness center at Caneel Bay Resort, USVI, where she includes the work of Tama-Do, The Way of the Soul.
