Tama-Do (Way of the Soul) Academy, created in 1988 by Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy, is dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness through research, teachings and creativity.

We offer techniques using Sound, Color and Movement® and Harmonizing Concerts® to ground the Soul in daily life.

Once a year we offer all of Tama-Do Academy’s Level I Practitioner Training Program in a 2-week Intensive Training in Europe. (This intensive is 3 weeks of work compressed into 2 weeks! It’s the best way to immerse yourself in the work! Experience in energy work is important.)

Our spiritual home will be at the Gastehaus Engersch, nestled high on the southern slope (1500 meters) of the mighty Rhone Valley in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. Opposite, and almost within reach, towers the majestic Weisshorn, at a proud height of 4,505 meters. The Weisshorn is just one of the many 4,000-meter peaks in the region and our favorite photo subject! To the left, you'll find the Saas Mountains, such as the Weissmies and Monta Rosa. To the right, a few 3,000-meter peaks obscure the view of Mont Blanc, the "Roof of Europe." Tama-Do has found the perfect place for purity, tranquility, vibrancy and adventure for those who seek re-sourcing and renewal along their way.

Level I Summer Intensive is taught by Master Teacher Terres Unsoeld, who was initiated by Fabien Maman 20 years ago, to develop the Levels I, II and III teachings into what they have become today. She has been Tama-Do Academy's Level I Teacher for 20 years, and is the creator of a new paradigm of healing ~ Shamanism of the Light ~ upon which Tama-Do Academy is now based.

• 8 Qi Mo (Tuning Forks and Color Light on the 8 Extraordinary Meridians)

Each technique, grounded in the classical traditions of music, mathematics, astrology and Chinese medicine, has been researched and developed by Fabien Maman and Terres Unsoeld over a course of nearly 40 years.

We offer the opportunity to take both Levels I and II over the same summer! Level II directly follows Level I, and will be situated in a private chalet, high above Grindelwald, in the Berner Oberland side of the Swiss Alps - home of the famous Eiger, Monch and Jungfau mountains.

Mornings will begin with Tao Yin Fa, a form of Qi Gong created by Fabien Maman. Evening gatherings include sacred chanting, over toning and meditation. The course will end with a Tama-Do Sound Harmonization. All activities will reflect the unique spiritual/energetic perspective of Tama-Do.

Tama-Do ~ The Way of the Soul : Tama-Do’s Level I Intensive creates the opportunity to reach far beyond tuning fork techniques. We offer the practice of giving, receiving and sharing as Human Beings. We ask that each student respect and join a sacred circle created by the group, so that the finer vibrations of wonder and joy may flourish. These teachings have been developed for more than 30 years with love and care. We practice respect for the teachings, the teachers and the group. All expectation and previous modalities are left at the door so that we may enter with open hearts and open mind. The Way of the Soul ~ it’s a beautiful journey….

NOTE: The Gastehaus Engersch is off the beaten path. Therefore, Tama-Do Academy will arrange an alpy bus for you to be picked up at Geneva Airport (outside baggage claim) at 11 am on Monday, June 15. If you are coming by car, we will give you directions, and will welcome the extra transportation!

ARRIVAL: Monday, June 15: Official arrival 11am outside baggage claim Geneva Airport.
DEPARTURE: Monday June 29: Leave after breakfast. Tama-Do will arrange another Alpy bus for you to be delivered back to Geneva airport.

Schedule flights home:
Give yourself 2 1/2 hours to travel by train from the Center back to Geneva. Then 2 hours for security at the airport...

Cooking! Gastehaus Engersch has a marvelous professional kitchen and we plan to make use of it! This workshop will be self-catering. Tama-Do will buy the food and you will cook it! We will purchase staples for balanced and richly varied meals with choices of vegetarian, chicken, fish or eggs for protein and plenty of vegetables and fruits.

Accommodations:
The center is a private gasthaus with plenty of beds! Two six-bed rooms, three four-bed rooms, three triple rooms, two double rooms. All rooms with private bathroom and toilet, balcony or terrace and underfloor heating. The energy is fantastic, encouraging personal growth, community and creativity.

How to get there:
Tama-Do Academy will arrange an alpy bus for you to be picked up at Geneva Airport (outside baggage claim) at 11 am on Monday, June 15. If you are coming by car, we will give you directions, and will welcome the extra transportation! It is a 2 ½ hour drive.

What to bring:
A set of loose white clothes for the Tao Yin Fa in the morning (7am) and meditation in the evenings*good walking shoes* sweaters and/or jackets for the evenings* rain coat * if you insist on bringing a hairdryer make sure you have the appropriate electrical converters for Switzerland!

Registration:
All fees include tuition for all 9 Level I courses, food (you cook!), lodging and workbook, as well as Tama- Do transport to and from the Retreat Center. NOT INCLUDED: Tama-Do tools.)

Early Bird Registration: 3200€ if paid in full by cash, check or wire by Dec. 31, 2025. (Early Bird registration is non-refundable - wire transfer fees must be reimbursed).

Regular Registration: 3700€ if paid after Dec. 31, 2025 (Fee covers lodging, food (you cook!), tuition, workbook, transportation to and from the center. NOT INCLUDED: Tama-Do tools.

Private room ensuite: LIMITED SPACE: 1200€ extra.

Reservations are not firm until paid in full and RSVP form is received by the Academy.

Full fees and RSVP form due by March 15. (A 10% late registration fee will be added to all registrations after March 15.)

Tama-Do Academy Cancellation Policies: Product is non refundable and non returnable. Cancellation Policy for European Workshops: Before 12 weeks prior to start date: full refund minus deposit. Less than 12 weeks prior to start date: No refunds. For students on payment plans: There are no cancellations and no refunds allowed. The full payment is due, whether you come or not. Cancellation Policy for Shamanic Journeys: NO REFUNDS

Tama- Do reserves the right to accept or reject the qualifications of any student to participate in any Tama-Do class, workshop, etc. Tama-Do further reserves the right, at any time, to rescind the participation of any student in a class, workshop etc, with no refund, if the student is disruptive to the energy of the Teacher, the Teachings or the group. Tama-Do is PRO Energy Field: Perfume, smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted as they affect the energy field. No hallucinogenic plants of any kind. Students must be clean and sober 3 months before a training or they will not be permitted to participate. Anyone drinking, smoking or doing drugs during the courses (day or night) will be expelled immediately with no refund. Thank you to honor the energy field of yourself and the group!
