Tama-Do (Way of the Soul) Academy, created in 1988 by Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters’ Dictionary), is dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness through research, teachings and creative soul expression. We offer courses in non-invasive techniques using Sound, Color and Movement® and Harmonizing Concerts® to ground the Soul in daily life.

Once a year we offer all of Tama-Do Academy’s Level I Practitioner Training Program in Malibu, California.

If you plan in advance, you can complete our Professional Training Program in one year (5 weeks total). You can take Level I in Malibu California (one week in November, one week in January and one week in March) – and then take the Level II training which is only offered once a year in the summer in Switzerland. This is what we call our FAST TRACK, and is recommended for those who have previous energy experience.

Each technique, grounded in the classical traditions of music, mathematics, astrology and Chinese medicine, has been researched and developed by Fabien Maman over a course of 30 years.

Level I is taught by Master Teacher Terres Unsoeld, who was initiated by Fabien Maman 20 years ago, to develop the Levels I, II and III teachings into what they have become today. She has been Tama-Do Academy's Level I Teacher for 20 years, and is the creator of a new paradigm of healing ~ Shamanism of the Light ~ upon which Tama-Do Academy is now based. • Tama-Do Sound Harmonization (Nov 14-15) Fabien Maman, initiated in Kototama, the ancient Japanese science of pure sound, with Celtic and Druidic roots, created his own sacred discipline, called Tama-Do Sound Harmonization. Students will learn ancient songs to awaken ancestral memories, the energetic meaning of their own name as a mantra, precise toning techniques to rejuvenate internal organs and Fabien's sound correspondences to harmonize the organs, chakras and aura with the seasons, directions and stars. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore Fabien Maman’s 30 years of sound research, as spelled out in his book, The Tao of Sound. Faery Shaman Terres Unsoeld will teach students how to create a Tama-Do Sound Harmonization to harmonize the chakras and subtle energy fields with acoustic and elemental sounds, voice, color silks and essences. 9:30-5:30pm ($265)
• T.E.P. Tama-Do Extra Points (Nov 16-17) This wonderful touch technique balances the Chakras and subtle energy fields (Auras) of the body, using Chi in the etheric (physical) body, sound in the astral (emotional) body, and color in the mental body. Each session creates a whirlpool of energy, allowing deep transformation. Tama-Do’s TEP sound tubes and lights will be available for practice and experience! 9:30-5:30pm ($265)
• Tuning Forks on Acupuncture Command Points and Diagnosis (Nov 18-20) Learn the original stainless steel tuning fork technique with sound and color on acupuncture command points to balance the meridians and empower the organs. Created by Fabien Maman, students will learn tuning fork and light protocol with meridian, organ and point location, basic principals of 5 element theory and acupuncture; and basic assessment techniques to determine energetic imbalances in the organs and meridians. This technique is essential for sound healing therapists as well as those who wish to add sound to their personal energy medicine kit. 9:30-5:30pm ($375)

• Tuning Forks on the Musical Spine (Jan 11-12) The spine is the central axis of our physical body. Fabien Maman has created a powerful yet simple technique using tuning forks, musical modes of the seasons and color lights along the spine to harmonize the nervous system, chakras and subtle energy fields (Aura). 9:30-5:30pm ($265)
• Psychology of Chinese Temperaments and Tao Yin Fa (Psycho-Spiritual Movement) (Jan 13-14) Fabien takes his students through the Chinese Five Elements Theory, which describes the essence of our physical anatomy, and adds a psychological dimension through the diagnostic protocol of the Six Psychological Temperaments. This diagnostic tool helps you to instantly recognize the temperaments of those around you. The Psychology of Chinese Temperaments will be grounded with Fabien Maman’s own form of Qi Gong, Tao Yin Fa. Explore Series I and II of Tama-Do’s own form of Qi Gong, the Tao Yin Fa (movement for health). Through this ‘psycho-spiritual movement’, learn to release emotional and psychological stress. • Color I: Color Therapy (Jan 15-17) Join us for this amazing journey through the Rainbow Colors using Tama-Do’s special Rainbow Etheric Essences and Silks. Experience the impacts of color on your chakras and the subtle energy fields (aura). Learn to balance your energies and awaken your Divine Essence through color breathing and meditation techniques. Students will learn the archetypal wisdom of each color, as they relate to the 7 Rays, Kabballah and beyond. 9:30-5:30pm ($375)

• Tuning Forks on the Subtle Body Command Points (8 Qi Mo) (Feb 16-18) According to Chinese Medicine, the 8 Extraordinary Meridians (8 Qi Mo) run the main functions of the body like the immune system blood, prana and structure. Fabien Maman has developed this basic principal into a powerful tuning fork technique which helps to elevate energy from these 8 points on the body to the more subtle levels of consciousness in the chakras and the subtle energy fields aura). 9:30-5:30pm ($375)

Tama-Do reserves the exclusive right to accept or reject the qualifications of any student to participate in any Tama-Do class, workshop, etc. Tama-Do further reserves the right, at any time, to rescind the participation of any student in a class, workshop etc, with no refund, if the student is disruptive to the energy of the Teacher, the Teachings or the group.
