Tama-Do (“Way of the Soul”), Academy created in 1988 by Visionary Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters’ Dictionary), is dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness through research, teachings and creativity. We offer courses in non-invasive techniques using Sound, Color and Movement® and Harmonizing Concerts® to ground the Soul in daily life.
We offer trainings for practitioners as well as those who just wish to be more “in-tune” with cosmic frequencies.
All Tama-Do techniques, grounded in the classical traditions of music, mathematics, astrology and Chinese medicine, have been rigorously researched and developed by Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational sound therapy (Websters’ Dictionary), over a course of nearly 40 years.
Master Teacher Fabien Maman retired in 2022 and handed all Tama-Do Teachings to his Spiritual Partner, Master Teacher Terres Unsoeld, who was initiated by Fabien 25 years ago, to develop the Levels I, II and III teachings into what they have become today. She has been Tama-Do Academy's Master Teacher for 25 years, and is the creator of a new paradigm of healing ~ Shamanism of the Light ~ upon which Tama-Do Academy is now based.

The spine is the central axis of our physical body. TERRES UNSOELD, Master Teacher at the Tama-Do Academy, will teach FABIEN MAMAN's classical tuning fork technique, using tuning forks, the musical modes of the seasons, and color, applied along the spine to harmonize the nervous system, chakras, and subtle energy bodies (aura).
On a physical level, the Musical Spine® helps relieve back pain and physical trauma. On a more subtle level, the Musical Spine® helps you connect with your ancestral memories and the meaning of your life.
We will explore the 8 Steps of the Noble Hero by TERRES UNSOELD, which correspond to the 8 chakras and can be traced in the memories of our spine! This work is taken from his book, Shamanism of Light, on which the teaching of the Tama-Do Academy is based.
We will also learn how to use FABIEN MAMAN tuning forks and colored light to release physical trauma in the muscle areas corresponding to the acupuncture meridians. This is the technique known as Sound Shiatsu® developed by TERRES UNSOELD.

The 8 Extraordinary Meridians of Chinese Acupuncture govern the body's main functions. Once a year we offer all of Tama-Do Academy’s Level I Practitioner Training Program in a 2-week Intensive Training in Europe. (This intensive is 3 weeks of work compressed into 2 weeks! It’s the best way to immerse yourself in the work! Experience in energy work is important.)
Our spiritual home will be at the Gastehaus Engersch, nestled high on the southern slope (1500 meters) of the mighty Rhone Valley in the canton of Valais, Switzerland. Opposite, and almost within reach, towers the majestic Weisshorn, at a proud height of 4,505 meters. The Weisshorn is just one of the many 4,000-meter peaks in the region and our favorite photo subject! To the left, you'll find the Saas Mountains, such as the Weissmies and Monta Rosa. To the right, a few 3,000-meter peaks obscure the view of Mont Blanc, the "Roof of Europe." Tama-Do has found the perfect place for purity, tranquility, vibrancy and adventure for those who seek re-sourcing and renewal along their way.
Level I Summer Intensive is taught by Master Teacher Terres Unsoeld, who was initiated by Fabien Maman 20 years ago, to develop the Levels I, II and III teachings into what they have become today. She has been Tama-Do Academy's Level I Teacher for 20 years, and is the creator of a new paradigm of healing ~ Shamanism of the Light ~ upon which Tama-Do Academy is now based.

Each technique, grounded in the classical traditions of music, mathematics, astrology and Chinese medicine, has been researched and developed by Fabien Maman and Terres Unsoeld over a course of nearly 40 years.
We offer the opportunity to take both Levels I and II over the same summer! Level II directly follows Level I, and will be situated in a private chalet, high above Grindelwald, in the Berner Oberland side of the Swiss Alps - home of the famous Eiger, Monch and Jungfau mountains.
Mornings will begin with Tao Yin Fa, a form of Qi Gong created by Fabien Maman. Evening gatherings include sacred chanting, over toning and meditation. The course will end with a Tama-Do Sound Harmonization. All activities will reflect the unique spiritual/energetic perspective of Tama-Do.

For the first time, Level II will be conducted in the stomping grounds of our Shamanic Journeys in the Swiss Alps! You will be traveling into one of the most beautiful areas of Switzerland. Grindelwald is a pristine, flower-covered mountain playground in the Swiss Alps. This is the land of sparkling cascades, green forests and the Eiger, Junfrau and Monch, 3 of the highest mountains in Europe. We will see them out our window! Switzerland is the land of crisp clear air, green, green pastures, sparkling mountain lakes and of course, the beautiful snow capped mountains. The flower faeries are very happy!
